2. Eligibility

Use of Golfit.in is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent under Indian law. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

3. User Accounts

• Creating an account is required to buy or sell on Golfit.in.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
• Beekay Legacy LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or suspected of misuse.

4. Platform Overview

Golfit.in is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of pre-owned golf equipment.

• Beekay Legacy LLP does not own, stock, or verify listed items.
• All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

Premium Verified Listings

Golfit.in offers a premium service under which select products are verified by the platform for authenticity and condition. These products are displayed on the website with a "Verified" tag for added buyer confidence. This verification service is optional and subject to additional terms and fees.

5. Payments

• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.
• Beekay Legacy LLP is not liable for payment gateway errors, processing delays, or disputes related to payments.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• in does not currently offer shipping or logistics services.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging delivery or pickup of products after a successful transaction.

7. Returns & Refunds

As Golfit.in is a peer-to-peer marketplace, all sales are made directly between buyers and sellers. Beekay Legacy LLP does not own or inspect any of the items listed on the platform and is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or fulfillment of products.

Key Guidelines:

• No Standard Policy: Golfit.in does not offer a platform-wide return or refund policy. Each transaction is governed by the individual agreement between the buyer and the seller.
• Pre-Sale Agreements: Buyers are encouraged to clarify return, refund, and inspection terms with the seller before making a purchase.
• Inspection Before Payment: Where possible, in-person inspection or detailed communication about item condition is recommended prior to completing a transaction.
• Dispute Responsibility: Any issues regarding product condition, non-delivery, or returns must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

Platform Role:

• Beekay Legacy LLP does not mediate disputes or guarantee refunds under any circumstances, unless legally mandated.
• The platform may assist in flagging repeat offenders or suspicious activity, but it does not intervene in individual buyer-seller negotiations.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• List, post, or sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
• Misrepresent a product’s condition, origin, or ownership.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Golfit.in, including but not limited to logos, website design, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of Beekay Legacy LLP or its licensors.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Beekay Legacy LLP:

• Makes no warranties regarding the quality, authenticity, or condition of any listed product.
• Shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions conducted through the platform.
• Does not mediate individual buyer-seller disputes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of Golfit.in shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Bengaluru, Karnataka].

12. Modifications to Terms

Beekay Legacy LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Termination of Access

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Beekay Legacy LLP for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Legal or security concerns

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Indian law and within Indian courts.
