3. Recommendations for Sellers
To ensure successful sales and build buyer confidence, sellers are encouraged to:

Clearly and honestly describe the condition, brand, model, age, and usage of the golf equipment. Disclose any damage, repairs, or missing parts. - Upload Clear Photos
Include multiple high-quality images from different angles. Show close-ups of important features, serial numbers (if applicable), and any flaws or wear. - Respond Promptly and Courteously

4. Disputes
Beekay Legacy LLP does not mediate or enforce returns or refunds. However, we may take action in cases of:
- Fraudulent listings
- Misrepresentation of products
- Repeated complaints against a seller or buyer
In such cases, the user's account may be suspended or terminated in line with our platform policies.
5. No Platform-Wide Guarantee
As a community-driven resale platform, Golfit.in does not offer or enforce a universal return or refund guarantee. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the outcome of their transaction. Please note the following:
- No Warranty or Guarantee: Beekay Legacy LLP does not provide warranties on the authenticity, quality, or condition of items listed on the platform. All products are sold "as-is" by individual sellers.
